How to : Upload Videos

Within your MySeat app, it is possible to publish/schedule videos, add captions to them, and make them exclusive to Members.

Find the Video settings

Navigate to the More menu. It is located on the bottom right side of the navigation screen and is represented by three small dots.

Under the Admin sections, Select Videos.

Upload a Video

To add a video, tap on the “+” icon in the top right corner.

Select Choose Video, this will prompt you to pick a video from your camera roll.

You'll be able to add your caption, schedule the video post, and make the video exclusive to Members.

You can create a category for your videos, to group all your vlogs for example, and choose which category you want your video to appear in when uploading.

Once the video is done being processed, you might notice it as being unpublished. This is because it won’t automatically be posted unless you enable this feature.

You will also receive a push notifying you that the video has been processed

To delete any video, simply tap and slide to the left on the video and the Delete option will appear.
